She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Doss of Henning, TN; her children, Dawn Elaine Turner of Alamo, TN, Shannon Whitehorn (Keith) of Henning, TN and Shawn Turner (Megan) of Henning, TN; and her sisters, Nancy Elizabeth Grider of Bolivar, TN and Theresa Gayhart of Kodak, TN.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions in memory of Elaine can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, an organization she deeply cared about.
