She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Ray and Imogene Riley Ray; her husband Charles G. Phelps; her son Michael Phelps; and her siblings, Sarah L. Dorroh and Richard Wayne Ray.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ann Elizabeth Harper (Thomas) of Nashville and Carleigh Phelps of Princeton.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Morgan's Funeral Home (301 W Washington St, Princeton, KY 42445). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
