He is survived by: his parents, David Thomas Bugg of Hopkinsville, KY and Billie Jo Rice Greer of Cadiz, KY.; his sister Shanna Heath (Jeff) of Danville, KY; his nieces, Abigail Heath and Miriam Heath; his nephew Owen Heath; and his pet Frank.
