Tommy Feguson (Melanie) of Carthage; her parents, Timothy Ballard and Lidia Manuel Ballard; and her siblings, Shannon Ballard (Nelda) of Sulfur, Patricia Ballard Sealey (Glen) of Oberlin and Mattie Richardson of Oakdale, Louisiana. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
