He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lewis; and his children, Chelsea Mattocks (Matthew Garton) of Dickson, TN, Heather Weilbacher (Thomas DeGraff) of Little Rock, AR, Benjamin Lewis of Centerville, TN and Nachelle Lewis of Centerville, TN..
