He is survived by: his wife Joy Blanchard of Hickman, TN.; his son Andy Alsup (Vicky) of Maryland; his brother Jahala Johnson of Murfreesboro, TN; and his wife's son David Blanchard of Arizona. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
