She is survived by: her mother Lucille Davis Ballard-Ross of Hickman; her brothers, William Tomas "Tommy" Ballard Jr. and Howard Randall "Randy" Ballard (Angie Young); her nephews, Will Ballard, Mitchell Ballard and Nicholas Ballard; her niece Renee "Sissy" Hewlett (Jim); her aunt Hattie Marie Ballard Brown; her cousins, Stuart Ashworth, Michael Ballard, Pam, Penny, Gail Ballard, Linda, Mark, David Brown, Joe, Larry, Billy Carolyn and Terry Davis; her close friend Amber Jackson; and her caregiver Michelle Jones.
