It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Leland Fortune of Hickory Valley, Tennessee, who passed away on November 22, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eugene Fortune and Eleanor Raggio Fortune; and his brother Mark Fortune. He is survived by: his wife Edna Dacus Fortune; his brother Robert Fortune of Knoxville; and his daughters, Cheryl Grear (Allen) of Southaven, MS, Vicki Jaynes (Philip) of Hickory Valley, TN and Connie Barnett (Robert) of Bartlett, TN. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews.
