He is survived by: his sister Karen Tidwell of Livingston, Tennessee; his niece Denise Ray (Greg) of Monterey, Tennessee; and his nephews, Christopher Warden of Hilham and Jeremy Tidwell of Cookeville, Tennessee. He is also survived by neighbors and friends.
