He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Conn and Cecelia Conn; and his siblings, Donny Conn, Carolyn Conn and Bonnie Simpson.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Conn; his brother-in-law Geoffrey Simpson (Kathleen Simpson); his nieces and nephews, Alan Simpson, Bobby Simpson, Eddie Simpson and Lynn Ables (Brian); his brother-in-law Ed Jung (Rosemarie Jung); his nieces, Tanya Britton (Jim), Nicole McManus (Brian) and Brittany Jung (Billy); and his pet Sam. He is also survived by other family members including one niece, three nephews, several great nephews and nieces, cousins and very special friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the New Hope Community Church (502 New Hope Rd, Hilham, TN 38568).
