He is survived by: his wife Sharon Glasscock Phillips; his children, Charles Phillips, Barbie Phillips Wright (Tim Wright), Anthony White, Tanya Crawford and Erin Phillips Bullard (Eric Bullard); his siblings, Trish Phillips Webb and Tom Phillips; and his aunt Inez Phillips Young. He is also survived by grandchildren; 16 beloved great-grandchildren, wife, children, 12 cherished grandchildren, 16 treasured great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Roger's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
