He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Willoughby; his children, Johnny Willoughby, Travis Willoughby, Dusty Rollins (Courtney) and Kevin Rollins; and his grandchildren, Johnny Eugene Willoughby Jr., Jacien Isaiah Willoughby, Chavela Brooke Willoughby, Ian Zane Willoughby, Faith Willoughby, Holland Willoughby, Nicholas Gage Rollins, Hunter Ray Rollins, Forrest Nathaniel Rollins and Dixie Rae Rollins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
