He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Willis and Maggie Bell Henley Willis; his wife Louise Willis; and his siblings, Cora Roper, Jean Sullivan, Harold Willis, Christine Deadman, Jack Willis, Betty Jaggers and Kenneth Willis.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Willis (Terri), Brent Willis (Linda), Jeanne Bell (Jon), Bobbie Myers (Bill), Charlotte Keele (Joe) and Angela Banks; his siblings, Bob Willis (Carole) and Ann Wells; his brother-in-law Lowell Haston; and his grandchildren, Diana Clarady (Matt), Jonny Bell (Jennifer), Emily Ragland (Kevin), Bryan Myers (Jane), Beth O'Reilly (Brian), Beverly Keele (Jeff), Belinda Black, Quent Willis (Amanda), Whitney Willis (Mandy), Lance Willis (Keesha), Wesley Keele (Margaret), Maggie Millraney (Michael), Amy Prince (Michael), Ethan Willis (Kiera), Zachary Banks (Samantha) and Remington Banks. He is also survived by 29 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Hillsboro Methodist Church (305 Winchester Hwy, Hillsboro, TN 37342). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Hillsboro Methodist Cemetery - Hillsboro (341 Winchester Hwy, Hillsboro, TN 37342).
