He was predeceased by : his parents, Harlan Perry Allen Sr. and Zena Mae (Myers); his sister Betty Allen; and his brother-in-law Billy Hutto. He is survived by : his siblings, Patricia Hutto, Shellie Dickerson (Steve) and Joe Allen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
