He was predeceased by : his parents, Martin E. Holtzclaw and Mildred Green; and his brothers, Thurman Gauger and Bill Mangrum. He is survived by : his wife Carol Holtzclaw; his children, James F. "Jimmy" Holtzclaw, Jr., Jeff Cox and Teresa Lynn Taylor (Leo); his sister Barbara Jenkins (Joe); his grandchildren, Jama Victory (Matthew), Harley Stewart (Kody Short) and Adam Steele; and his great grandchild Matthew Ronan Victory.
