He is survived by: his mother Annie Mae Martin Keller (Gary); his wife Hattie Sue Mines; his grandparents, Harry and Betty Burt; his stepmother Kathy Witte (Bobby); his children, Elizabeth Kingery (Dustin Chamlee), Samantha Martin, Jamie Martin and Brandon Shelton; his grandson Jackson Chamlee; and his siblings, Troy A. Boyd, Stephanie Faxon (Jimbo), Amber Mines (Kerri Wood) and Samantha Mines Winton. He is also survived by nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and other extended family.
