He is survived by : his mother Betty Sue Esslinger; his siblings, David Esslinger, Michael Esslinger, Bryan Humphries (Candie), Mark Humphries and Tina Esslinger Gilliam; his son Cody Ray Esslinger; his grandson Grayson; his nieces and nephews, Stacey Smalls, Tracey Ansley, Kimberly Humphries, Kelsey Phillips, Makayla Esslinger, Shylah Gilliam, Zach Brown, Kyle and Tyler Gilliam; and his aunts and uncles, Jerry, Ricky, Don, Roger Esslinger, Kenneth Dodd (Janice), Glen Dodd, Alene Scott, Louise Hane (Lee), Mary Lessnau (Dave) and Joyce Sherrill (Rex). He is also survived by numerous other cousins, grand nieces and nephews.
