She is survived by : her daughter Izabella Jane Lyons of Hillsboro; her parents, Barbara Durham of Jackson and Alfred Blackburn Jr. (Stacie) of Tullahoma; her siblings, Katie Payne (Clint) of Winchester, Virginia Kristine King (Sawyer Mason) of Manchester, Katie Contreras (David) of Manchester and Matthew Blackburn (Brooklyn) of Jackson; her grandmother Shirley Reed of Tullahoma; her aunts, Angela Blackburn of Estill Springs and Lillie Bush of Manchester; her uncle Michael Lynn Blackburn of Wartburg; and her nieces and nephews, Harvey, Taya, Madalynn, Wesson, Aden and Riley.
