He was predeceased by: his father James David Baker Sr. (Cullie Irene Warren Baker); and his siblings, James David Baker Jr., Dennis Wayne Baker and Anna Jane Baker. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Elliott Baker of Estill Springs; his children, Sherry Plante of Winchester, Terry Dziadkowiec (Matthew) of Hillsboro, Gina Jarrell (Brian) of Morrison and Kenneth Alton Baker Jr. (Christy); his grandchildren, Cory Dziadowiec, Tanner Jarrell, Olivia Plante and Thomas Baker; and his sister-in-law Anita Baker.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rutledge Hill Cemetery (123 Rutledge Ford Rd, Hillsboro, TN 37342). A burial will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
