He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Jean Counts Winsett; his sons, Randall Winsett Jr. and Jeremy Winsett; his sisters, Brenda Johnson, Judy Smith (Barry) and Sonja Mason (Hugh); his grandchildren, Ashley Winsett, Andrew Winsett, Elaina Colwell (Levi) and Mathew Winsett (Lita); and his aunts, Pat Jackson and Sandra Kemper.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Alive Hospice-Murfreesboro in his memory.
