She was predeceased by: her parent Dr Delfin. She is survived by: her husband Jose S. DeGuzman; her brother Delfin So Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Zenaida DeGuzman, Felicissima DeGuzman and Carmelito Villaraza; her children, Joseph C. DeGuzman, Jocelyn M. DeGuzman (William Lewis) and Jonathan P. DeGuzman; her granddaughter Brooklyn Lewis; and her siblings, Felisberto So, Joventino So (Corine), Elizabeth So (Cynthia), Ferdinand So (Jasmin) and Evangeline Villaraza. She is also survived by mother to her three kids, the fun aunt.
