He was predeceased by: his parents, Flora Mae and William Winkles Sr.; his wife Barbara Winkles; his brother Michael Winkles; and his daughter Cindy Winkles.
He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia "Pat" Davis and William "Billy" Winkles Jr.; his son Bobby Jr. (Holly Winkles); his grandchildren, Bobby, Brice, Brandon, Abby Winkles, Jacob, Brody Winkles, Noelle and Bay Wright; and his great grandchildren, Matilda "Tilly" and Tatum "Tate" Wright.
