He is survived by: his wife Loretta Church; his children, Kurt Church, Pam Kaleah and Rodger Church (Tina); and his stepchildren, Sharon Weaver (Tony), Tammy Higginbotham (Phil) and Doug Scott (Amy). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
