He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hall Owens of East Chattanooga; his daughter Tonia Castaneda (Rick); his grandchildren, Courtney Rebel (Jerome) and Wesley Holloway; his great grandchildren, Caiden and Hunter; and his sister Phyllis Jean Green (Melvyn).
