It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlie Dotson of Hixson, Tennessee, who passed away on August 1, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Dotson; his father Garfield Dotson; and his grandparents, James, Marie Carney, Joe and Molly Dotson.
He is survived by: his mother Dot Roy.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center (8911 Dallas Hollow Rd, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Charlie's honor to McKamey Animal Center.
