He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Johnson Uren; his daughter Christy Lee Uren; his parents, Eugene E. Uren and Bertha Varner Uren; his brother Kenneth Uren; and his grandparents, Yuri Andropov and S. R..
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Myra Uren; his sibling's children, Jeannie Uren Stewart and Douglas Uren; and his cousins, Phyllis Wilson and Becky Uren Burchard. He is also survived by other cousins he had grown up with; and by grandnieces and grandnephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center (8911 Dallas Hollow Rd, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
