She is survived by: her daughter Annette; her son-in-law Dave Maxwell of Sunnyvale, CA; her grandchildren, Joshua Fitzpatrick (Amber) of Pleasanton, CA, Jonathan Fitzpatrick (Carla Hart) of Fair Oaks, CA and Angela Malato; her great grandchild Josiah of Sunnyvale, CA; her daughter Dawn; her son-in-law John Ward of Hixson, TN; her granddaughters, Abigail and Alexandra Ward of Hixson, TN; her stepdaughter Kate Harper (Peter Mui) of Berkeley, CA.; her close friend Brenda Brock; and her caregivers, Angie and Carla.
