He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Hinds and Dina Hinds; his wife Wilma Hinds; and his brothers, Lester, Robert and David Hinds.
He is survived by: his sons, Stanley Hinds (Maureen) of Louisville Tn and Larry Hinds; and his great grandchild Georgia Nichols of Hixson Tn. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
