It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd Nye McDaniel of Hixson, Tennessee, who passed away on August 25, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Floyd Nye McDaniel to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nye McDaniel and Myrtle McDaniel; and his sister Beatrice. He is survived by: his wife Jewel Gay McDaniel; his son Kevin McDaniel (Toy); and his siblings, Herschel McDaniel and Sarah Jenkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Kelly's Ferry Church of God or to the charity of your choice.
