He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Maloney Bolinger; his sons, Stephen Burr (Ginny) of Port Charlotte, Michael Burr of Seattle and Brandon Bolinger (Erin) of Chattanooga; his sister Sarah Fultz of Ontario, California.; and his grandchildren, Lennon and Thomas.
