He was predeceased by: his parents, George Milton Cooper and Virginia Margaret Mansfield; and his daughter Stephanie Davis. He is survived by: his wife Theresa "Terri" Cooper; his children, Michelle Moesteller, Morgan Baker and Christopher Davis; his siblings, Robin Blevins, Gayle Morgan, Joyce Mc, McNearney, Steve Cooper and Ray Cooper; his grandchildren, Shawn, Maxwell Frye, Kiara, Kolton, Kasen Baker, William Davis, Anthony and Dominick Clausen; and his great grandchild River Baker.
