He is survived by: his children, Tony Blaylock, Mike Blaylock, Terry Blaylock (Vickie) and Melissa Blaylock Perrine (Scott); his granddaughters, Amber Mabry Rood (Dylan) and Lacey Blaylock; his stepgranddaughter Lisa Palmer (Steven); his grandsons, Beau Blaylock and Rodney Blaylock LeBron Blaylock; and his stepgrandson Justin Bates (Heather). He is also survived by several great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and extended family.
