Iris leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Iris’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Iris will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husband Albert; and her parents, Grady Jack and Tinie Baker Jack. She is survived by: her daughter Jackie; her siblings, Gloria, Donald, Ruby and Gary; and her friend Jesus. She is also survived by her friends, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandson.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chattanooga Funeral Home - North Chapel (5401 TN-153, Hixson, TN 37343). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
