He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lewis of Hixson, Tennessee; his children, Larry Lewis (Laura) of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee and Heather Porter of Hixson, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Audrey Porter, Lilly Lewis, Brady Lewis and Myra Porter; his brothers, King Lewis (Paulette) of Hixson, Gary Lewis (Peggy) of Soddy Daisy and Doug Lewis (Jane) of Hixson, Tennessee; and his siblings-in-law, Boyd Clark of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee and Kay Lewis of Hixson, Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home (5401 TN-153, Hixson, TN 37343). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
