She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Cox and Virginia Cox; her son Jon Laymon Sr.; and her grandchildren, Jordan, Emmett and Tavner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brandy Spralls (Damion) and Bonnie Deason (Jeff); her grandchildren, Jon Laymon Jr., Christopher, Jeffrey (Gracie), Georgia, Stryker, LeeLa and Judah; and her siblings, David Cox, Robert Cox, Deborah Cox-Pack, Teresa Cox-Kirk and Kenny Cox. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
