She was predeceased by: her former husband Albert Hurst; her husband J. Thurston Cooke; her parents, Floyd Julian and Ella Sharpe; her siblings, Billie, Bobby, Carmen, Carol of Earl, L. D., Pauline and Tommy; and her granddaughter Courtney.
She is survived by: her brother Darrell; and her children, Bryan Cooke (Brenda), Cindy Sunderland (H. C.), Terri Watson (Gary), Tracy Cooke and Becki Smith (Rodney). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and countless friends.
