With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Marvin Beene of Hixson, Tennessee, born in Miami, Florida, who passed away on November 12, 2022 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Marvin Beene to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his father William H. Beene; and his siblings, Betty Jones, William H. Beene, Jr., Patsy Wolfe, Shirley Moore and Norma Trotter.

He is survived by: his former wife Carolyn Beene. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that make memorial contributions be made to the McKamey Animal Center, 4500 North Access Road, Chattanooga, TN 37415 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
