He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father H. C. Costner; his stepfather Willis Whaley; his granddaughter Juliana Bryson; his wife Sheryl Costner; his daughters, Kim Costner (Brenna Harris), Jessica Costner, Crystal Emery (Corey) and Alison Bryson (Jake); his grandchildren, Zoey Emery, Zane Emery, Skyler Emery and Jaxon Bryson; his mother Jean Whaley; and his siblings, Kay Crane and Phil Whaley.
