He was predeceased by: his parents, Arval Thomas Vitatoe Sr. and Thelma Nadine Abston Vitatoe; and his brothers, Arval Thomas Vitatoe Jr. and Stephen A. Vitatoe (Joann). He is survived by: his sister-in-law Bettye Miller Vitatoe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family members and friends.
