It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Estelle Gray Fox (Hixson, Tennessee), who passed away on June 7, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Mary Estelle (Don Hamill) of Chattanooga and Steve Ellison Fox (Monequa) of Chattanooga; her husband Charles Ellison; her grandson Jeffrey Donald Hamill; her daughter Ann Elizabeth; her grandchildren, Amy Marie Beasley (Keith), Tyler Charles Fox (Alisha), Brian Daniel Hamill (Natasha) and Jason Charles Hamill (Cherish); and her parents, Lillian Estelle (Charles) and Act of Kindness.

In Mothers' memory, in lieu of flowers, consider doing an Act of Kindness for someone who needs a helping hand, a listening ear, a gentle touch or a simple smile.
