He is survived by: his mother Linda Tolbert Sullivan of Hixson; his girlfriend Pam Hopkins of Hixson; his sisters, Janet Ashford (Andy) of Hixson and Cindy Porter (Mark) of Spring City; his nieces, Jenna Baskette (Matt) of Hixson, Sarah Walker (Nick) of Soddy Daisy, Laura Cunningham of Georgetown and April Swafford (Melvin) of Oak Ridge; his aunts, Karon Tolbert of Hixson, Ruth Cox, Martha Sullivan, Barbara Hedrick of Dayton Mtn and Nancy Evans of Lakesite; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Logan, Lexie, Charlie, Ruby Claire, Jackson, Callie, Josiah and Charis.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM at the Chattanooga Funeral Home North Chapel (5401 TN-153, Hixson, TN 37343). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at the Hamilton Memorial Gardens (5351 TN-153, Hixson, TN 37343).
