He is survived by: his mother June Elizabeth Smith Richardson; his wife Elizabeth Ruth Ann Hampton; his daughters, Caledonia Heather Nunley Harrison (Harry Rommel) of Santa Fe, Jamie Lauren Hampton (David McKee) of Soddy Daisy and Tessa Elizabeth Hampton of Hixson; his grandson Lochlan Cordell McKee; his siblings, Cindy Wright of Seattle, Washington and Robert Scott Dobyne (Yvonne Kelzer) of Trinity; his aunt Eleanor; and his uncle Reynold Brant.
