He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Pauline Fordell; his grandparents, Russ, Leni Gillion, Richard, Jackie Joseph and Edna Rice; and his uncles, Randie, Rusty Joseph and Randall Gillion.
He is survived by: his parents, Ron Joseph (Faye) of Chattanooga, TN and Kathy Harkins (Randy); his siblings, Kendall Sample (Scott) of Sherwood, AR, Linda Raulston of Maumelle, AR, Christy Davis of Guntersville, AL and Lester Raulston of Jacksonville, AR; his aunts and uncles, Kandace Gillion of Hot Springs, AR, Dawn Shannon, Carol Joseph of Buffalo, NY, Marcia Joseph of Davidson, MI, Richard Gillion of Jacksonville, AR, Leland Siedes of Hot Springs, AR and Richard Joseph (Marcia) of Medina, OH; his nieces and nephews, Skyla Raulston, Kennedy Sample, Mitchell Raulston, Brody Sample and Hayden Davis; his great-nephew Baylor Coburn; and his cousins, Randie Joseph, Barbara Lynn Knaak, Jennifer Belore (David), Carrie, Christian, Josh, Megan Gillion and Tara Sewell. He is also survived by extended family and numerous friends.
