She is survived by: her husband Michael [Mike] LeVan; her children, Janna LeVan Chappell of Chattanooga, James Michael, Yustina and Adam Wesbrook [Angel] LeVan of Maryville, TN; her grandchildren, Matt, Zachary, Emma, Trey, Austin, Jolie, Seth and Caleb; her great grandchild Kirsten; and her brother Jimmy [Blanche] Sedman.
