He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Lewis and Edna Lewis; and his sister Dorla. He is survived by: his wife Kay Hoover Lewis; his children, Sandra Cooper (Nick), Steve Lewis Jr. (Angela), Richard Lewis, Rebecca Porter (Steve) and Lora Pierce (Jesse); his grandchildren, Sophia, Jordan, Emma, Dillon, Trevor, Ryan, Ella, Elisabeth, Emily, Elijah and Ethan; his great grandchild Ellison; his siblings, King (Paulette), Gary (Peggy), Jim (Nancy) and Doug (Jane); and his siblings-in-law, Boyd Clark, Gary and Nancy Hoover. He is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
