She is survived by: her husband James Wei Jang Chen; her siblings, Jeanette Kermick (Herbert), Martin Hazlewood and Randall Hazlewood; her nieces and nephews, Christopher Hazlewood, Jimmy Hazlewood, Gerry Kermick, Katherine Kermick Newcombe, Michael Kermick, Sam Hazlewood, Sarah Hazlewood and Nick Hazlewood; and her sister-in-law Joan Hazlewood.
