She was predeceased by: her husband James M. Cook; and her siblings, Roland Miller, Marjorie Kounce, Houston Miller, Betty Bates, Frances McGhee and Larry Miller.
She is survived by: her sister Sue Portwood of Columbus, GA; her sisters-in-law, Jean Miller of Oakland and Sally Cook of Hixson, TN; and her children, James Cook Jr. (April) of Ringgold, GA and Jennifer Cook of Hixson, TN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
