He was predeceased by: his parents, Nora Harvey and Elbert Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Connie Harvey; his sons, Robert Harvey, Jr. (Valerie) and Richard Harvey (Rhonda); and his grandchildren, Morgan Harvey, Jaclyn Burton, Justin Harvey and Whitney Harvey. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
