He is survived by: his wife Sharon Scealf; his sons, Nicholas Miller and Casey Miller (Teresa); his grandson Braxton Miller; his stepgrandchildren, Ethan Seymore and Katelyn Seymore; his sister Beverly Pack (David); and his nephew Shane Scealf.
