She was predeceased by : her father Robert Lee Carr. She is survived by : her husband Donald Nix; her children, Aly Christian, Michael Nix and Zander Nix; her grandchild Spurlee Jade Sherrill; her mother Eloise Edelen; her siblings, Haylee Bostic (Jamie), Anna Langley (Nathan), Eric Carr (Wendy) and Bobby Carr Jr.; her mother-in-law Jean Nix; and her siblings-in-law, Dianne Inman (Benny), Denise Millard (Jamie), Wayne Nix and Ronald Nix (Tania). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
